Commercial delivery
A complete environment, not a collection of contracts.
Our New Delhi-based team coordinates commercial interior design and turnkey execution for corporate offices, retail stores, restaurants, hotels and institutional spaces across India. Office fit-out work can combine workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, lighting, data and electrical coordination within one agreed scope.
For a new office, retail fit-out or commercial renovation, we review the property condition, operating requirements, drawings, approvals and budget before defining the programme. Civil works, MEP interfaces, joinery, furniture and finishing are coordinated around the opening or move-in requirements.
